Kevin Kramer

Kevin brings to PRG over 25 years of experience in corporate M&A and business development, primarily in manufacturing and industrial goods. For the last 8 years, he has represented acquisition-minded corporations, visionary entrepreneurs, and small business owners making a life change through the sale, acquisition or growth of their business. Services include buyer representation, seller representation, franchise sales, and franchise development.

Through his affiliation with Transworld Business Advisors, the largest business brokerage firm in the world, he has access to a large network of buyers and sellers globally with all the tools necessary to help business owners navigate the sale process.

Kevin is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University (Ohio) and a MBA from Bellarmine University. He currently serves as Chairman of Membership Committee at Big Spring CC and is a Board Member at the KMAC Museum, serving as its Finance Committee Chair.
