Tammy Johnson

With over 20 years serving in several facets of commercial property management, Tammy joined the PRG team as its Senior Property Manager. Tammy is a native of upstate New York and landed in Louisville during her tenure as an Army wife. In addition to assisting various C-Level executives earlier in her career, Tammy found her niche in the commercial real estate industry, ultimately managing retail, office and industrial assets. In addition to acting as general contractor overseeing several tenant finish construction projects, Tammy also assisted with new land development administration, new construction and has led many capital improvement jobs. Tammy has worked closely with attorneys and brokers during new asset acquisitions, to include new entity formation, new tenant and contractor onboarding, along with lease administration, accounting and collections.

As senior property manager at PRG, Tammy implements her experience by managing a portfolio of retail, office and industrial assets in various areas of the Louisville region. Maintaining relationships with tenants and vendors is a priority for Tammy, to ensure each client’s specific asset prerequisites are performed when due and as expected. From lease administration to capital and site improvements, Tammy strives to ensure each client’s asset operates with maximum efficiency and looks its best for tenant attraction and retention, to ultimately produce the maximum value for our clients.

In Tammy’s rare leisure moments, she enjoys running, watching classic movies and spending time with her three children when they come home from out of town.
