Dustin Coffman

Dustin is the Executive Vice President of PRG Commercial Advisors. His experience in commercial real estate development and brokerage spans across more than 17 years and includes all asset classes. He has an extensive background in the industrial sector including site selection, ground-up development and the ability to analyze existing facilities to ensure the client’s goals are met if buying, selling or leasing. Prior to joining PRG, Dustin served as Vice President of Hollenbach-Oakley where he facilitated land purchases for business park development, managed daily operations and revenue generation while maximizing performance to ensure continued growth. Before his Vice President role he was Director of Finance and Marketing for the River Ridge Development Authority managing their global marketing program, assisting in the development of the park’s infrastructure, and overseeing the authority’s financial functions and obligations. He received an MBA from Bellarmine University and is Licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida.
