Fred Sutterlin

Fred Sutterlin is the Founder, CEO & Chairman of Pinnacle Realty Group, LLC and PRG Investments (collectively, “PRG”), overseeing all aspects the company’s strategic planning, growth, investment advisory and brokerage activities. He began his real estate career as an attorney practicing with a large regional law firm representing clients in a variety of business, real estate and corporate matters. Prior to forming PRG, he served as General Counsel and Director of Commercial Real Estate Services with Williamson Commercial Group, Inc. Fred holds a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University and is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Law. As the managing principal of PRG, Fred has successfully represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of multi-million dollar investment and commercial real estate assets. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of the American, Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations, a member of the National and Kentucky Association of Realtors, a founding principal in Pinnacle Capital Partners and an active licensed real estate broker in South Carolina.  Fred was also selected as one of Business First Louisville’s Forty under 40 in 2006, and served on Governor Steven L. Beshear’s transition team in 2007. Fred currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, Louisville Chapter, and the Kentucky Sports Authority Board of Directors. Fred also serves as a Director of Farmers Capital Bank Corporation.

Reed Weinberg, President and Principal

Reed Weinberg

Reed is the current President and a Principal of PRG Investments. He oversees all aspects of the company’s brokerage and investment operations. Reed’s investment and management experience encompasses all areas of the City and ranges from apartment complexes, to office buildings to retail strip centers. Reed has developed a proven track record as a real estate broker by representing and assisting buyers, sellers and owners of commercial property. As the founder and President of RBW Real Estate Group, he has extensive experience and success in syndicating real estate investment deals. In the syndication process, he serves as a principal who identifies opportunities, formulates the partnership, oversees the due diligence and closing process and the subsequent management of the asset. He previously worked at the Jenco Group, one of the largest urban retail real estate developers in Washington, DC.  Reed was selected as one of Business First of Louisville’s 40 under 40 in 2007. He is also an active civic volunteer. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Family and Career Service and is a Committee Member for the Home of the Innocents.
