Taylor M. Thompson

Taylor Thompson is a principal partner with and serves as PRG Commercial Property Advisors’ managing broker. Taylor is responsible for managing PRG’s team of sales associates and oversees it, the property management, and construction management divisions of the company. His experience in real estate includes expertise across all asset classes with commercial and investment real estate. Taylor has successfully represented industrial, retail and office landlords, developers, performed site selection for national credit users and represented investors in the multifamily, industrial, office and retail asset classes, in many complex multi-million dollar acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions. Additionally, Taylor has extensive experience in asset management and advisory work, working with private institutions and family offices to find unique solutions to their portfolio needs. His comprehensive understanding of all facets of real estate make him a valuable asset to the clients he serves and PRG.

Taylor is a lifelong Louisvillian who attended Louisville Collegiate School and Western Kentucky University, where he played Division One NCAA college golf. Taylor is proud to serve on the regional board for Junior Achievement, supporting financial literacy in 26 counties throughout Kentuckiana.
