Kristin Purcell

Kristin is a Louisville native and graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History.

Prior to joining PRG, Kristin was a Property Manager for a large scale “Class A” luxury apartment community, and was responsible for the marketing, budgeting, financial management, expense control, contractor/staff supervision and daily operations of the community. She continuously had an occupancy rate of 97% or higher while competition in the area struggled to remain in the low 90’s.

Most recently she served as a Business Manager assisting several small local businesses in the home decorating field. She was in charge of all accounting, administrative, and marketing duties for a small Interior Design and Home Staging based business, an Office Manager for a local custom drapery manufacturer and was a Manager/ Bookkeeper for a local oriental rug boutique. Kristin believes ‘Let the beauty we love be what we do’.

In her free time, Kristin can be found renovating her St. Matthews home with her husband and daughter, or dining at one of Louisville’s amazing local restaurants.
