Louisa Lewandowski

Louisa is an Investment Sales Associate with PRG. She joined the firm after a successful 14 year career in mortgage lending. She is well versed in the local commercial real estate market representing buyers and sellers of commercial property including multifamily, land, office, and retail. Prior to joining PRG, Louisa owned Guidance Mortgage Group with her sister/business partner for ten years. She worked in the mortgage lending department for US Bank for the past three years. While at US Bank, Louisa was recognized as a top 10% producer on a regular basis and ended 2013 as part of the top 20% of loan originators nationwide. Louisa has vast knowledge in the local real estate market and is proud to bring her experience and stellar customer service to PRG Investments. Louisa is a graduate of Louisville Collegiate School and earned her bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston.
