David Aikens is a 31-year commercial banking veteran having an extensive background in commercial lending with PNC Bank, National City Bank, US Bank and Fifth Third Bank in general commercial, commercial real estate, warehouse lending and small business lending, in addition to loan underwriting. David’s commercial real estate career began while working construction during the last two years of high school and he has been involved with many facets of commercial real estate and related financing since that time. David is a CCIM candidate, a member of KY Commercial Real Estate Exchangers and became an associate of PRG Investments in 2012.

Earl (Chip) Hamm serves as counsel and director or retail for PRG Investments. Chip is an attorney with Miller Wells law firm with many years of experience in real estate and corporate law, property sale and acquisitions, and retail and residential development. Most recently, he provided strategic guidance to KeyBank regarding the optimization of its over 4,000,000 square foot corporate office portfolio. Previously, Chip served as National Real Estate Manager and Franchise Development Director for Yum! Brands, Inc., the parent company of KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut. Additionally, he has served as the past Kentucky State Retail Chair and serves as the current Kentucky Government Relations Chair for the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, University of Michigan, and Duke University.

Dave Kern joined PRG in 2010 after a successful career in the public sector as a management and fundraising professional. He was the founder and director of two nonprofit organizations that served the homeless and arts communities respectively. In 2001 he founded 11:11, Inc., in order to provide art therapy and art supplies for homeless children in Louisville. He established The Homeless Benefit Ball to serve as the organization’s primary annual fundraiser in support of these services. In 2004, Dave founded the New Center for Contemporary Art, a non-profit exhibition space where our community directly experienced the best in regional, national and international contemporary art. He then went on to serve as Executive Director of The Historic Homes Foundation where he oversaw the management, operation, and preservation of Louisville’s Farmington Plantation, Whitehall House and Gardens, and Thomas Edison House. In 2008, he joined Bruce Lunsford’s U.S. Senate Campaign as its Louisville Finance Director. Dave grew up in Massachusetts and attended Providence.

Robert Wang serves as Director of Asian Investor Relations, and actively participating in PRG’s retail division. Robert’s business background began as an entrepreneur while attending University of Georgia. During his early career, Robert co- owned and operated up to six restaurants prior to entering into Real Estate and financing field in 1997. During his Real Estate career, Robert completed an extensive amount of privately owned restaurant leasing, and sales transactions in multiple states throughout the Midwest and the Southeast, as well as representing Buyers, including Asian investors purchasing various investment properties. Robert is a past Board Chairman of American Red Cross Blood Services Division in Louisville, past President of Organization of Chinese American Kentuckiana Chapter, a CCIM Candidate, and member of The Appraisal Institute.

Aaron Willis serves as the Director of Acquisitions for PRG Investments. In this capacity, he aggressively identifies, evaluates, and acquires real estate investments for our clients. Upon graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Finance, Mr. Willis worked for Fenley Real Estate Group – one of the premier office developers in Louisville, KY. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to create Peoples Mortgage, Inc., a regional residential and commercial mortgage broker as well as Premier Caring Hands, a home health venture. Mr. Willis has also been involved in many real estate ventures in the multifamily and commercial office asset classes. Mr. Willis resides in Louisville, KY with his wife and two children.

Doug Sutterlin did his undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky and graduated from the University of Louisville College of Dentistry. After serving two years in the United Stated Army, he returned to Frankfort and was in practice there for thirty years. He is a University of Kentucky Fellow and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. He has served on numerous civic boards and has been on the board of Farmers Bank and Capital Trust since 1974 and has served as chairman since 1995. He became an associate with PRG in 2010.
