Tony Wilcox

Tony is an Associate with PRG Commercial Property Advisors. Prior to PRG, Tony’s primary
career was in the medical device industry where he held leadership roles in sales and marketing from
1995 through 2019 with companies including Stryker & Olympus. In addition, beginning in 2003, Tony
began accumulating and developing with partners a large multifamily property portfolio of manufactured housing communities. Late in 2021, this portfolio was sold to the largest privately held operator of manufactured housing communities in the United States. Tony is committed to helping
others achieve their goals in commercial real estate in all niches of multifamily, office, industrial, retail,
self-storage, land disposition / acquisition and tenant representation.

Tony was born and raised in Louisville, KY. He is a graduate of St. Xavier High School. He holds a B.S. in
Marketing from the School of Business at the University of Dayton where he played Division I baseball
for the Flyers. Tony has served on the board of directors for Hurstbourne Country Club and KMHI
(Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute). He served in various board roles over time including
President for both organizations.
